Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly from the images shown. This is due to different screen resolutions on mobile/laptops and the professional lighting used during photography. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for minor color variations.

Exchanges

At Minu, we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED To claim for any damages or missing items, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from showing the sealed package and continue until the product is fully inspected. No claims will be entertained without an uncut video.
