7-Day Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: You may request an exchange for any eligible product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Eligible Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a continuous unboxing video is compulsory. This video serves as your proof of damage during transit.

• Video Requirements: * The video must be uninterrupted (no cuts, pauses, or edits).

  • The package and product must remain in the camera frame at all times.

  • It must clearly show the shipping label with the tracking number and your address before opening.

  • Show all sides of the sealed package to prove it was not tampered with before opening.

However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
