Shipping Policy
Minu Fashions offers free shipping on all orders across India. No delivery charges. No minimum order value.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through our trusted and authorized courier partners. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier partner may contact you by call prior to delivery to confirm your availability. In the event that you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may contact the courier partner to request a suitable re-delivery date or, where available, arrange for collection of the shipment from the courier partner’s designated office or pickup location.
Return Shipping Charges:
For each order return, shipping charges shall be borne by the Seller for a maximum of two (2) times. In the event that the Customer initiates any return(s) beyond the aforesaid limit of two (2) returns for the same order, the applicable return shipping charges shall be payable by the Customer. Such charges shall be calculated and levied as applicable based on the prevailing shipping rates and shall be communicated to the Customer, where applicable.

Important Notes
- Minu Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to a different address.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
